What is our training system?
Based on our philosophy that the athlete needs to be trained from the inside out and have a solid foundation in order to be able to tap into their full potential; our speed training centers around a comprehensive program that other facilities can’t match.
Step 1: Injury and Movement Screening
If an athlete has an injury or is unable to train because of their pre-existing conditions they can’t be their best. Your athlete gets an evaluation with our whole wellness team which includes:

Step 2: Provided with Foam Roller and Myofascial Release Program
Teaching athletes preventative programs that will allow them to move their best, is just part of what we do everyday.
Your athlete will be taught the basics of foam rolling, a technique that helps breakdown scar tissue and adhesions in the muscles that can cause dysfunction and injury. So they can compete longer without injury.
Step 3: A Balanced Training Program
Our athletes are taken through a balanced training program designed to build a variety of necessary skills for improved performance:
